Summer Schedule Change

If you need to modify your summer schedule, please give us 2 weeks’ notice. If a 2 week notice is given, you will not be charged for those weeks/days requested.

To add a vacation, log into your parent portal at and go to Calendar and click on the +Add Vacation button at the bottom right of the screen. Enter the dates and click Save. A notification will be sent to us. If the request is within 2 weeks, we will approve the vacation and you won’t be charged.

To know which weeks your child is registered, log into your parent portal at , click on Calendar and your correct schedule should show up. Green means you are registered; red or white means you are not registered.
