I understand that my child is enrolled for the full academic year (or portion remaining), and that my agreement to pay tuition and other fees for the full period of enrollment and is not subject to adjustment for any reason, including but not limited to illnesses, legal holidays, in-service days, personal vacations, school calendar vacations, or school closing emergencies including lack of utilities such as power and water, severe weather or any other reason. I understand that tuition and other fees not paid may result in cancellation of my child’s program I understand that this change in enrollment does not affect the agreements in Tuition and Enrollment Contract that was signed during the initial enrollment process other than the change in tuition.
